F3 is hosting BEST F3ST, a free fitness event open to the community regardless of skill level on Saturday, 10/24 starting at 7am. Two divisions--a fun walk/run, and a CARRY-THE-WATER Challenge (where participants run the 1.5 mile course stopping at 10 exercise stations along the way, all while carrying a Wurstfest pitcher of water.)
