This is your opportunity to learn what the City of New Braunfels has to offer its visitors. The program is geared towards everyone: hospitality workers, residents, business owners, friends and neighbors who want to learn the importance of tourism and how to enhance visitor experiences!

Tourism Ambassador graduates will become part of an amazing group that will grow, continue to learn, and work with Visit New Braunfels on enhancing the overall visitor experience.

Katie Danesi is the Tourism & Events Coordinator at Visit New Braunfels. Katie supports tourism marketing initiatives through stakeholder outreach and community involvement while further assisting in developing and sustaining new tourism programs such as the Tourism Ambassador Program!

Originally from Galveston, Texas, Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a Minor in Business Administration from Texas State University. In her free time, you can find her spending time with family and friends, reading, or exploring the city's local nightlife!
