What it is:
A tailored educational program created for front‑line employees, hospitality professionals, community members, and anyone passionate about our city. It offers practical tools and insights to promote tourism, elevate visitor experiences, and inspire longer stays and repeat visits.
Classes and guided city tour will last 3-4 hours total and will take place on a weekday. Certified Tourism Ambassadors will receive exclusive perks and opportunities to continue ambassador education throughout the year.
We are accepting applications from our community to participate in our inaugural class free of charge. Please respond no later than Friday, February 27. The application should take no longer than 8-10 minutes to complete.
