SAN ANTONIO, Texas September 23, 2025 - Natural Bridge Caverns’ Cavern Bat Fest is back this October, bringing families together for fall fun, Hill Country views, and a celebration of bats. This year, opening weekend carries a special purpose: 50% of tour ticket sales will be donated to flood relief efforts in Kerr County when guests use the code BATTY at checkout.
The family-friendly festival takes place every weekend in October and features a full lineup of seasonal activities:
“Cavern Bat Fest gives families a chance to enjoy fall in the Texas Hill Country while learning about one of nature’s most important species,” said Travis Wuest, vice president of Natural Bridge Caverns. “This year, we’re honored to stand with our neighbors in Kerr County. By visiting opening weekend, our guests can enjoy a fun day together and know they’re directly helping flood victims rebuild their lives.”
In addition to festival activities, guests can enjoy five different cave tours, the six-story zip rails & ropes course, outdoor mazes, and more.
