Incentive Application

TPID participating properties may apply for incentives to support groups or meetings that generate overnight visitation to New Braunfels. Approved funds may be used to incentivize meeting and event planners, sports planners, or other group events. 

How to apply:

• Group event must occur in 2026, 2027, 2028, or 2029.
• Submit application at least (60) days prior to event start date.
• Please fill out the below application and click submit. Note, all fields must be completed before application is reviewed.
• Applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted within (5) business days by the Visit New Braunfels team.

More Details:

• A minimum return on investment (ROI) of 5:1 is required. For every dollar awarded in NBTPID funding, the group must generate at least $5 in economic impact utilizing the Destinations International, Economic Impact Calculator and is subject to fund availability.
• If approved, a copy of the signed contract, post-event reporting, and any other necessary documents must be submitted to Visit New Braunfels, the acting agent of NBTPIDC, before funding is released.
